Less spreadsheet.
More coffee chats.
Your spreadsheet is a second job.
Copying names out of Gmail. Guessing email addresses. Color-coding who you owe. It feels like progress, but it's admin. Outbox builds the whole tracker from your inbox, so the only job left is the one that gets offers: talking to people.
Pasting every coffee chat into a row
Every conversation logged from your inbox, automatically.
Guessing firstname.lastname@ and hoping
The firm's email format, worked out for you. Verified addresses on Superday.
Scrolling back to see who you owe
A queue of who needs you today, with the email written.
Miss the spreadsheet? Export your contacts to Excel any time.
Every hour in a spreadsheet is an hour you're not talking to someone who could hire you.
Recruiting rewards whoever keeps the most conversations going. The admin around those conversations quietly eats your week, and that time is the difference between an offer and a maybe. Here's what it costs you.
- Logging each conversation by hand3 touches, 4 min each. With Outbox: automatic12 min
- Hunting down an email addressonce per person. With Outbox: about 1 min8 min
- Writing follow-ups and thank-yous3 emails, 10 min each. With Outbox: about 6 min30 min
- Reading up on the firm before a callone call each. With Outbox: about 5 min20 min
Rough estimates, per person. Swap in your own numbers; the point survives.
Time you get back this season
39 hrs
That's 77 more 30-minute coffee chats. One of them is probably the referral.
Everything recruiting season needs. None of it in Excel.
Research, outreach, follow-ups and applications in one place, built from the email you already have.
Research any firm
Add a firm and Outbox researches it for you: what they do, open analyst and intern roles, their email format, and the people you could reach, starting with the ones you already know.
Find the right email
Every firm's email format, worked out from its research. On Superday, search a firm by team or title and pull a verified work email in one click. No more guessing firstname.lastname and hoping it lands.
Track every application
A board for every role you're chasing, from networking to offer, with your own stages, deadlines and a checklist per firm. Five applications at one firm stay five cards.
Bring your LinkedIn
Upload your LinkedIn connections once. Every firm page then shows who you already know there, with an intro ask one click away.
A contact book that fills itself
Everyone you've emailed, with where things stand: waiting on them, waiting on you, or gone quiet. Still love a spreadsheet? Export it to Excel.
Follow-ups that write themselves
Unanswered emails, threads gone quiet, promises coming due, thank-yous after a meeting. Each one shows up with the email already drafted.
Signals
Deals, SEC filings and new job postings at your firms, matched to the person you know there, with a congrats draft ready.
Every promise, tracked
Every "I'll send it over" in your threads, in both directions, with the quote and the date. Nothing you owe slips.
A morning digest
One email each morning: today's meetings, thank-yous already drafted, who replied and who you owe.
Prep before every call
A one-page brief on the person and the firm: your history, their career, the firm's recent deals and questions worth asking.
Debriefs that file themselves
Within the hour after a meeting, Outbox asks how it went. Reply in a sentence, even a messy one, and tidy notes land on the contact.
Ask Outbox
"Who at Brookfield have I talked to?" Ask anything about your network. It answers from your own email and can draft, prep or update your board.
Your season, wrapped
When it's over, your whole recruiting season in one card, ready to share.
The new way to recruit.
Connect your inbox once and Outbox keeps working every morning after. Nothing to forward, no inbox to switch, and everything it writes comes back to you as a draft.
1 · Connect your inbox
2 · Outbox reads every thread
It works out who you know and where each thread stands.
3 · Drafts land, you hit send
Every follow-up lands in your drafts folder, written in your voice. Sending stays a button only you can press.
Emails sent without you0
Catch the deal the day it closes.
Signals watches the firms and people you add, across Google News, SEC filings and job boards. Every hit is matched to who you should write, with the draft one click away.
CBRE closes a deal Tuesday. Your congrats draft exists Tuesday.
Offers go to whoever follows up.
The queue tracks what you promised and what they promised, with the exact quote from the thread. Quiet threads surface on their own, each with a nudge already drafted.
He said circle back in the fall. It's fall. Outbox noticed.
Sounds like you. Not like a bot.
Outbox writes from your own sent mail, so drafts open the way you open, run as long as you run and sign off the way you do. Every edit you make teaches it a little more. Short, specific, and never “I hope this email finds you well.”
It lands in your drafts folder. Sending is yours.
Why drafts, never sends.
An assistant that can send email as you is one bad day from ruining a relationship you spent months building. So Outbox can't. Every word it writes waits for your hand on the button. Your Gmail and Calendar data is used only to build your contacts, track your promises and prepare your drafts and briefs, never sold, never used for ads or to train AI, and the privacy page lists every permission in plain English.
Priced for a student budget.

What it reads, what it costs, and the one thing it will never do.
Does Outbox send emails for me?
No. Everything it writes lands as a draft, in your drafts folder or right in the app. Sending is a button only you can press.
What does it read, exactly?
Your Gmail mail, except Promotions, Social, drafts, spam and trash. When you connect, it reads your newest 500 emails (or your plan's larger number, which you can pick in Settings), then new mail as it arrives. Mail that is plainly bulk is skipped before it is stored: newsletters and mailing lists that say so in their headers, and senders like no-reply or notifications. Other mail from senders who are not a person, such as receipts, is read and stored, then hidden from your contacts.
What does Outbox do with my Google data?
Two things, each only when you ask. Gmail: it reads your conversations to build your contact list, the summary of where each relationship stands and the promises made in them, saves the drafts it writes to your Gmail drafts, sends an email only when you press Send on it, and moves a conversation to Trash only when you click Trash. Google Calendar: it reads your upcoming meetings to prepare a brief before a call, and creates an invite only when you schedule a coffee chat and confirm it. Your Google data is never sold, never used for ads and never used to train AI models; the Privacy Policy spells out every permission.
What is Signals?
It watches the firms, topics and people you add, across Google News, SEC filings, and job boards. Nothing is watched until you add it. When something happens, like a deal closing at CBRE, it shows up matched to the person you know there, with a congrats draft ready.
Where does it find emails and firm info?
From your own inbox first. When you add a firm, it researches the web for what they do, open roles and their email format. On Superday you can also look up people at the firm and pull a verified work email in one click.
Does it connect to LinkedIn?
You can upload your LinkedIn connections export (LinkedIn lets you download it in Settings). Outbox then shows who you know at every firm and drafts the intro ask. It never logs into LinkedIn for you.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Disconnecting your inbox stops all reading immediately. Delete your account and everything we stored is deleted automatically with it: contacts, messages, summaries, drafts, meetings, usage. No ticket, no waiting.
Does it work with Outlook?
Not right now. Outbox works with Gmail, including school accounts that run on Google.
What does it cost?
Free gets your last 500 emails, the contact book, and the follow-up queue, no card. Signals starts on paid: Starter at $30 a month with 5 watches, Pro at $45 with 15 watches and 2 people, and Superday at $60 with deep web research on the firms you watch. Every plan scans its watches weekly.
Your next offer is one conversation away.
Connect your inbox and Outbox starts reading. No card, and nothing sends without you.
